Trindon's 100 meter time record of 10.02 was short lived. Thompson ran a 10.0 at the Texas Relays. Trindon won his 100 meter final with a 10.20. LSU won the 4x4 relays with a 38.74 http://www.lsusports.net/ViewArticle.dbml?&ATCLID=1433994&DB_OEM_ID=5200
And some on this forum have been blathering about how Trindon is the "fastest", but results prove otherwise. Please give the the real track guys credit. If y'all really kept up with T&F you would know Thompson is better than Holliday. It's about Thompson and the rest of the T&F team. How many champioships do they have to win for people to pay attention?
I don't think people here claim that Trindon is fastest in the world. We do claim he is fastest on the football field. and he is.
I guess this must have been a fluke by Trindon last year... Yeah, Thompson is fast, and currently holds the school record, but to imply that Holiday isn't a "real track guy" is a farce.
Hey, Sportsman...doesn't sound very 'sporting' to me. Any other 'pearls' you wish to deliver, so that we can overcome our ignorant selves?
