we will see how it plays out.

The QB at Tenn isn't bad...

He burnt UF a few times...

That's the hardest part. Keep in mind that this is a young team and the program doesn't disband after the season.

We should have been playing both quarterbacks and let them share the load, since neither has separated himself. Now all the pressure is on Jefferson until he breaks and then all of the pressure will be on Lee. Les hasn't down them any favors by trying to spare their ego's.

They are no longer young or green. Let them compete just like players at any other position.

You just told everyone why JL is not playing. He was on JJ's heals. That means he was close to JJ. If JJ is no good that makes JL a little worse. Bad situation to be in for a coach.:miles:

    that is just about right

I would bench QB 1 and go for QB 2 now

    I totally agree.

I think just for peace of mind, people want to see J-Lee in the game.

It is the same frustrations we had last season when we wanted to see RS in the game. Everybody was thinking, if RS would just get some PT he could be an additional weapon to help push the team over some W's.

If J-Lee is the same QB he was when he stepped on the field against La Tech, and obviously the coaches feel that way, then we are better off with JJ and his small ups and large downs.

I just think fans(including myself) want to see it our self for peace of mind.

You are unfortunately correct, but here's my thought. In 2008 we had JL, and the biggest knock on him was his pick 6's. Even with that we were scoring an avg of 31 pts. Our bigger problem was we had no defense. With this defense and JL I think we pick up 3-4 of those loses that we had in 2008. Which would give us a chance at a 10 + win season. Thats just my opinion. I just think JJ has completely lost, whatever he had, and now is a losing proposition.

In 2008 J-Lee only had ONE game where he didnt make a bad choice and throw a pick, ONE GAME - North Texas.

AND he had 3 games without a td pass, while throwing 4 ints including the one that cost us the game against bama.

Jefferson stepped in at the end of the year:

    Ole Miss - 10-20 for 143yds 1 td & 1 int
    Arkansas - 9-21 for 143yds 2 td & 0 int

Won the MVP in our Bowl Game

And Started 2009 with a bang
    Washington - 11-19 for 172yds on 3 td & 0 int

    WTF Happend???

A yr of running scared due to no OL or run support, as with last season, may have gotten in his head. I don't know and I'm not sayin JL is the answer, just that it's time to at least try. It couldn't get worse.

This has been our script for 3 years running.

Just a hint. It turned into a horror flick the past 2 seasons.
