We’re we going up against a Bama defense? The offense was playing against air and couldn’t get out of their own way. Some would have you believe the OC holds no responsibility for that, the same shenanigans we’ve seen all year. The OC isn’t responsible for the offense. Ha.
I agree to an extent. Right now, I will enjoy the fact that we won today for a 10-win season. Remember all of the "experts" predicted maybe 6 wins at best for this LSU team. From that perspective, the coaching staff did an incredible job to get the team to believe in themselves. As for today, yes, it was ugly, but a win is a win. I'll gladly take it.
It wasn't pretty by any means, but we did score 40, we played outstanding on defense for being completely depleted, and you don't win 10 games with an SEC schedule if you're poorly coached. In fact, an argument can be made that this was really an 11 win team had the A&M game been officiated correctly. But reality is, we're a top 10, 10 win team, which hardly anyone on this board expected before the year began.
