E ran tempo and quick snapped the ball before the replay ref could take a long while to look at it. . Ideally you call timeout or let the clock run all the way down to allow for review.

I understand E has only one TE so tempo is how he runs goal line offense, but that was a poor situational awareness on the entire staff's part. .

With that said Burrow's forearm looked down but the ball may have crossed when it was, would have needed a long review and may not have been overturned. Especially given the one sided nature of those refs..

But why wasn't it reviewed? E went tempo at a bad time and we committed a penalty which stops us from being able to challenge it.

 

Ensminger already owns that.
