Les Miles did that. I don't think Canada will do that. Brennan is much more talented. He is just inexperienced. Only one way to change that. Yes I know..........we say this every year. But this one feels more promising.

It's not that, it's the running for your life and shaking your confidence to the core. Easing qbs into it is the safer route.

 

Like the way Tom Brady eased into the starting role when Drew Bledsoe got hurt

 

Fitzgerald redshirted and sat behind Dak Prescott learning. Saw limited spot duty as a RS Freshman. Then he played as a third year guy as a RS Sophomore. The hope is in Brennan, of course, but he isn't even going to get to redshirt for a full year and sit behind an NFL starting QB. So it isn't exactly similar situations.

 

There is absolutely no reason to rush MB out there. He cannot fix what is wrong

Touché. My point was that he looked like an inexperienced freshman this time last year. Like Brennan would look and Etling does look. One thing is certain, Brennan is sitting behind an NFL starting QB.
