Already hearing rumblings about how there's no QBs play for the top 2 teams in the nation because of the low scoring game. They have NO IDEA what it's like to play against defenses like that. Hasn't the 5 straight titles by the SEC proven by now that the DEFENSE wins championships?

No. They don't because they don't pay attention. Many ignorant fans will simply say that this game SUCKED, that the SEC sucks, and that neither team has a reason to be in the BCSNCG. What they don't understand is the defensive gem we saw. Pretty much a throw-back to the late 50s and 60s in the SEC. These two teams are clearly 1, 2 in the country. Bama shouldn't even drop.
Yeah people are bashing this as the "field goal game of the century" and not the real deal. They don't have a clue. This was the most exciting game I have ever seen without a TD. Just incredible football played by both teams.
That's precisely what the Oregon, Okie State, Etc fans are saying. They seem to think Okie State would blow away either LSU or Bama. Read the comments on CBS sports web site. Makes you want to b-slap 'em. That's just silly. They just don't know what BIG-BOY football is like.
F'em. Oregon has nothing to say. Okie St. came into their game ranked 111th on defense. Tell them to keep talking. But it's ok. Don't worry about it. This game was a freaking WAR in the SEC. I doubt any of us would have it any other way, so it is all good!
Actually they are right. I do not think any of the 3 QBs tonight are any better than average, if that. If it were not for the defenses, both our teams would be in really bad shape.
