Alright guys, just in case you forgot, we've got one hell of a guy running our Offense this year. I believe he can shoulder the responsibility and will be very successful. Leadership...Discipline...Strength....Intelligence...Maturity...He's got it all. Ladies and Gentlemen...I give you....J-Lee. http://www.chevyprepticket.com/vide...tID=5750&bhcp=1&AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1 http://collegefootball.rivals.com/cviewplayer.asp?Player=381004
not not worried and i think if if there ever is a time this would be one where a freshman can be a part of a lot of wins. - excellent running game - good defense - all reports are he is a smart guy should be mistakes but at least we can rely on some other players and bring him along slowly.
J-Lee!!! Can't wait to see how he does and I have all faith that this kid will rise to the occasion and show us what he is made of! I actually feel pretty content where we are at. We now know our situation and can deal with it as is. Lee is a tiger and will not let us down! I am excited to see him show us his skills this fall! We got your back Lee! The tiger nation is behind you! And the will and heart of the players surrounding you will be something special! Geaux Tigers and our newest leader Lee!!!
I just feel obligated to point out that Andrew Hatch looked surprisingly good this Spring (as in a little better than Lee in the Spring Game) and I wouldn't jump to any conclusions just yet. I would NOT be surprised at all if Hatch is the man. I wouldn't bet on it, but I wouldn't be surprised. That said - Geaux J-Lee as well!
I think one of Jamarcus' best assets was his ability to put the ball on target when throwing on the run. He didn't have to get his feet set to make a play. J-Lee certainly isn't blessed with the same arm as JR (other than Elway, who is?), but from watching those videos on Rivals, he seems to have the same ability to throw accurately on the move. Nevertheless, some people are going to have to step up while he goes through his on-the-job training.
Glad the RP thing is over now, rather than in the summer. Now Lee can take command and get confidence that this is indeed HIS team. Hatch doesn't have what it takes. He will be a fairly substandard backup. That worries me.
