Obviously we need to win out but you only need to be in the top 4 nowadays. I don't think many teams will be able to shut down 7 like this. So now a few timely losses by other teams and everything is still in front of us.

If it means the possibility of playing Bama again, Miles isn't interested.

 

Bama will not lose another SEC game. They will beat Miss St next week and dismantle Auburn at the end of the season. UF will get their feelings hurt in the SECCG. Pencil Bama into the playoffs again. I don't think they win it though. Stanford is a lot like Bama and OSU could beat them again.

 

It's possible we still get in even if Bama wins out. Hopefully we end up around 8th or 9th. We only need a few losses ahead of us to get back in the conversation.

 

Lol, only Alabama benefits from losing. LSU isn't heading to Atlanta and frankly they don't deserve to, not after that shit show tonight.

Exactly. The attitude of the board after last night is to shut down, put your head between your legs, take it up the butt, and finish the season. ALA has rebounded from a dreadful loss. Lots of scenarios to still play out. LSUs season is not over, it's one game, and we got soundly beat on the line. We may come back and look just as good as they have later in the season.
