    I've got someone in mind, and he left LSU only last year as well. No need to name names.

    Why not? If they played poorly... it isn't right to speak the truth?

    Lester Earl was a good choice.
    He certainly didn't look good in any Kansas or LSU games I saw him play in
    much less him being part of the reason for the LSU sanctions in the 90's

    Come on... that guy came to LSU KNOWING he'd never start (or even get much PT.) But would you turn down a BBall scholly because of something so trivial? Hey, he got a free LSU education... I don't think he could have played basketball at ANY Division 1, 1-AA, or II programs... That's NOT why he was on the team.... But, in the context of the question, I guess you're correct on that...

    Anyone with half of a brain from Louisiana can get a free LSU education with TOPS. I went to a few parties on the Northshore back in high school and Josh Maravich was at them...he is quite the cheeseball.
