Update, in case you're delusional: NO, the world DID NOT end yesterday. NO, you were neither raptured nor left behind. NO, you are NOT in heaven. And if you haven't figured out by now, too, that all religion is bunk you're as delusional as someone who thinks he is.
Religion isn't bunk and has a scientific means as for its creation in the evolution of humans. Religion very much was created for and still has a purpose. To ignore that and discredit it is what is "bunk". It was a moral compass and set of laws before there ever were laws. Before there ever was accepted social norms. It was a way people could answer the unknown to them at the time and set a guideline for a fulfilling life with purpose. In fact, science still doesn't not full address this core problem in life.
