Crowton ran it with Perrilloux in 2007 and he was actually a passing threat. I think Shepard can handle the passing responsibilities that come with the wildcat, especially if Darren McFadden can. We might be saving it, but I'm willing to bet that once the big games come around, the playcalling gets very, very conservative like they always are with JJ. On a side note, I would like to see it against WVU because we may need it and our coaches should actually know if its effective or not before they use it in a 'big' game.
No, the elites have already ordained that RS should never be allowed to throw a pass. I believe that is similar to the situation Doc Brown spoke of in Back To The Future 2 that if Jennifer met her future self the universe would be destroyed. The same would occur if RS attempted to throw a pass.
Sure it exists. The playbook is being held at an Illuminati safe house by members of the Bilderberg Group who escaped from Area 51. It's so super-secret that there hasn't been a hint of its existence in over a season and three games, especially in some of those close winnable games over top-ranked opponents when we could've used it. That way we're really lulling the opposition to sleep. And magically, one day, Shep will throw that first perfect pass of his college career, and suddenly the LSU offense will come roaring back to life like Popeye after eating his spinach.
[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WjS5jccVthA"]YouTube - LSU vs Georgia 2009[/ame] At :28 seconds. Some are so busy studying all the negative, they're missing some good chit. It isn't like LSU has never run the "Wild Tiger". Watch the whole video. Jefferson even completes some passes... And at 1:28, you can see how slow Jefferson is, too...
Sorry, I misunderstood. But in that case, I don't see where we needed the Wild Tiger yet. I heard during fall camp they were practicing it with Ware running it, but of course that's just hearsay. In all honesty, I would be shocked to see Ware in the Wild Tiger this season. But who knows, Les is playing a bunch of freshmen this year. - And Shep isn't a QB.
I think we will see it eventually. Haven't really seen any need for it yet. Shepard will probably be the main one to run it. Ware ran it during practice as well as Shep so he could get a crack at it.
