The NFL has already issued a 'Cease and Desist' order to stop the sale of the casket, but no where on it does it mention the Saints by name. You can't trademark a fleur de lis or 'Who Dat', so what right do they have to tell this people that they can't sell it? I don't exactly remember the whole story, but didn't the NFL try (and fail) to prevent the sale of 'Who Dat' t-shirts during the Super Bowl a few years back or something like that? http://bleacherreport.com/articles/...um=newsletter&utm_campaign=new-orleans-saints
I think it's the The Saints that sent a cease and desist, not the NFL, which makes the difference but I'm not positive.
Maybe so, but I thought the article said it was from the NFL. Either way, I too lazy to read the article again to confirm.
