Rickie is +13 for the day. Ouch The USGA in their infinite wisdom has just about let the course get away from them. Putts rolling off the greens is beyond ridiculous.
As did I. I think Phil did it to show the USGA suits and golf fans how far out of control the suits let the greens become.

Andy North just raked Phil over the coals for violating the integrity of the game. Phil had 2 strokes added to his hole score while he accepted without issue. The USGA suits in an interview on the telecast admitted they miscalculated how hard the wind was going to blow and as a result some of the pin placements were "unplayable".
I can't believe how proficient Curtis has at overstating the obvious. Perhaps that's why he's walking the fairways instead of sitting in the 18th tower.
