As it stands up to the moment: 1. Alabama 2. Oregon 3. FSU 4. TCU 5. Ohio State 6. Baylor Obviously Alabama has to beat Auburn tonight. Baylor has hurt their cause tremendously by playing down to Texas Tech and barely escaping with a win. Baylor can help themselves in trying to leapfrog 2 teams with a big win over top 10 Kansas State at home next week. Ohio State has hurt themselves with their 2nd starting QB to end his season due to injury. They will, however, play a near top 10 Wisconsin next week. TCU now appears in the driver's seat with a very impressive win over Texas on the road. They must do the same against Iowa State. The issue with TCU is that they will not win the conference should Baylor win out. Can a team that doesn't even win their conference stay ahead of the team that beat them (Baylor who would be conference champs if they win) and/or potential Big 10 champ Ohio State?
Yes, Alabama did a few seasons ago. I just hope Auburn beats them tonight and they get left out. No SEC teams in this years playoff would be awesome.
Night and Day. Patterson started spreading em out and running the qb more and it's really helped them.
Because the only SEC team w/any realistic chance at making it at this point is ALA. I agree w/LaSalle, I would rather no SEC team than ALA this year and have a little change at the top.
