If this is old news, I apologize. Apparently there's a guy that goes to see Mike every day around 9AM and plays with him. It's really pretty cool. These are some short vids of it. I was there one time when that man came. They had about 15 people around the habitat looking at mike while he layed down behind the bushes. We would call his name and of course he just ignored everyone. All of a sudden he stood up and got really low to the ground, kinda how cats do when they are about to pounce on something, lol. We realized he was interested in this man who was pacing the habitat. Mike leaped into the water and jumped up on the glass licking the glass where the man's face was pressed against it. Mike looked like he was trying to hug him through the glass. Everywhere the man walked mike followed. It was truly amazing to see. Out of everyone that was there before the man came he ignored us all, then that man comes and mike immediatly recognized him!! It was sad though when the man left, mike paced around in circles with his neck stretched out looking for the man in the crowd of people. He did that for about 5 mins then realized the man left and went lay down behind the bushes again paying to mind to us!! This man is awesome!! We call him the tiger whisperer! Seeing this in person reminds me of the video with Christian the lion, and the 2 men that raised him in London untill he became too big and they releases him into the wild in Africa, after 1 year they were reunited and the the lion remembered them!
