Looks like he was given a choice. Resign or be fired.

I wonder if the interim HC will be named the HC for 2011. Excluding CUM, I don't know who they go after at this stage.

I must say I enjoyed almost all of the OSU fans in New Orleans for the big game. I am shocked by this guy and the fact of the cover up! I guess the win pressure got to him and now you have to pay the price. Huskers coming to town at a good time.

Isn't it funny that during the recruitment of Tyrell Pryor the one thing besides his talent was his ego and sense of entitlement. Isn't it ironic that he is at the center of this whole thing. What a schmuck, comes in with all sorts of hype, doesn't win a damn thing and flushes their program down the crapper as he heads out the door.

At least we shouldn't have to worry about any Miles to tosu rumors:D

I heard the Meyer to tOSU thing a lot a couple of weeks ago, but I don't think a first tier coach is taking over a program about to be placed on Probation for the next 3 or so years. And if the "lack of instutional control" is as bad as it seems, death penalty should be seriously considered.

nahh, tosu has nothing to worry about. Western Kentucky on the other hand should be very concerned.

Funny, I can't find the old thread on planet buckeye that had to do with the violations, it was well over 3,000 posts, and nothing on Tressel today. I bet Tressel is still the coach and the firing really did not happen, just a conspiracy.
