So is he a great (statistical) quarterback because he has been in the league since 1922, or is he really a great quarterback (non statistical).
A lot, obviously has to do with how long he has been in the league. Even with that being the case, he is still a top 10 QB of all time. For me though, more than anything, he is just fun to watch. I don't think there has ever been any one with the passion he plays with. Much of the reason, some are so into college sports, is the passion the players play with. The passion of playing the sport and playing for the logo's and colors on their uniforms. Something that you don't see a ton of in professional sports. That part of him not playing will be the one thing I miss. It makes the games fun to watch, and not so much like a well run business. An element I hope and pray never leaves the college level. Even though college sports are very much about big business. For the kids it's mostly about the pride of who they are playing for and the passion of playing the sport.
No I meant AD because that is what they call him. It stands for "All Day" of course I could see how you would think it was a type o. I guess it comes from being located in the middle of gooner nation, I get to learn little stuff like that.
OK, I learned something new. I didn't know that about him. Thanks for sharing. It's nice to share.
