Hello guys, I, like you, am upset about the game last night. I think we got screwed of the INT, which would have put us in position to actually take a one point lead. But as much as i hate to say it, there is nothing we can do. Bama came away with the W. Ingram was excellent, and blatant holding calls or not, we couldnt expect to get any calls our way in bama. I feel as if the SEC office wants Bama VS Florida, so that's how it's going to be. But people dont be depressed, we played really well, and JJ will continue to improve. Jarrett Lee is horrible as i expected, so I will expect him to transfer. We got good pressure on the QB, just couldn't finish the play. All will be ok in Tigerland, and I expect us in the capital one bowl game vs either iowa or penn st/ohio st.

Come on tiger fans, we will rally :thumb:

    How was Lee horrible?

The first two times he was in the game the offense looked great, he was even put in on 2nd and I think 25. The OC screwed up, he went to 100% to the pass after the Ridley run. The game was over by the last possession and it was 4th and long, Jefferson would just took the sack.

There was nothing Lee could have done in that game other then what he did.... the defense clearly pulled everyone off the line which is why those gaping wholes in the DL showed up. They started doubling Toliver and LaFell. LSU was simply out coached.

Unless you make a change at OC you will continue to see a bad offense.

I'm EXTREMELY happy with the way OUR team played yesterday. They showed me MORE than I expected on both sides of the ball. We made a helluva game out of it and came up a LITTLE short. Both teams played like NATIONAL CONTENDERS. We are moving up. We'll play a major bowl game and WE will be favored to challenge for the Nat'l Champ next year,,,,,HEAVILLY FAVORED. All LSU fans should be real proud of the effort last nite. We could have just as easily won the game with a few different scenarios.
I don't care what the detractors say about this loss. I am not happy with the loss, but I'm very happy about our prospects.

umm 4 of 10 for like 40 yards is not good.

I believe that Jefferson didn't have any sacks against him during his time in the game. He stepped up into the pocket a couple and made good throws under pressure. He stood there and made at least 1 great throw as he got crushed. And Jefferson tucked it and ran a few times for good pickups. You hate Jefferson - awesome we get it. Shut the hell up.

he could've completed some passes. That would've been nice.

Or, perhaps Alabama was holding on almost every single big run.

Losing by 9, on the road, in a very hostile environment, to the #3 team in the nation with your starting QB knocked out of the game in the 3rd quarter and your starting RB later in the 3rd, and with the refs making every single bad call against you. I think Les Miles and crew did a fantastic job against the man you want to fellate.

    Screw off you moron.

He should not have been throwing hardly at all, Alabama was playing back. They were playing only 6-7 in the box.

I think you were watching some other game, I assure you LSU was not moving the ball at all... technically they could have done worse they could have scored 0 points.

    So you STHU.

Jefferson pass against 8-9 in the box, Alabama played way back when Lee came the OC should have been running.

Sorry, take out the Tolliver individual play of taking a 4 yard pass 41 yards Jefferson had basically 70 yards of actually throwing yards, of those most of them were WR screens.

Lee couldn't have done anything else that I could see... let me see thrown a few more into triple coverage?

Let me see God is making LSU near the bottom in offense.
    #96 passing
    #99 total offense

Yeah it's Lee's fault the offense didn't do crap in 2.5 quarters and had about 150 yards of offense, oh and the punts. Lee was probably not cheering enough on the sidelines. It was probably Lee's fault they look like crap every week on offense.

You are speaking nonsense... LSU is horrible offensive team to say otherwise is burying your head in the sand.

Get over yourself. We are 7-2, having lost to the top 2 teams in the BCS and are ranked #8 in that same poll.

Many of us debated earlier in the season whether or not we were a good team, but guess what, hater...we ARE a good team.

Our offense has some issues, but can also show flashes of brilliance. I know you are dying to say "I told you so" since you've been singing the "we suck" song since the Washington game. But we don't. Perhaps you should stick just to the Salukis.

    No way Lee looked bad!

He help drive the team for a TD! #34 also!!!

Then he is in late when we have to pass! Against the best pressure D in college football!

I love our team and it will only get better!

I thought the staff did well and had a good plan to win the
    game.

He who walks on water had 12 guys on the field 3 times!

I think Lee was given the opportunity to kill all of his naysayers, but couldn't get it done. I don't think he was horrible. He just wasn't good enough to overcome the odds and officials, our team was banged up, and worn out, and we still were clearly the better team in every match up except Julio on a safety and our D Line vs. their O Line. Ingram was a beast, and the lack of a dominant defensive lineman has hurt us with that 3-3-5 formation we use, or 3-4 hybrid.

This is a good football team, and will be even better next season. Lets take care of business with Ole Miss who always plays us tough, La Tech, and R-Kansas.

The future is bright Tiger Fans, this is still an elite program that kids are going to want to play for. The 2 biggest games of the year so far have invovled LSU, and having all the hype about the 25 seniors between us and Bama who are pro prospects will go a long way for recruiting also.
