    The sham that is pete carroll...it is almost as bad as the sham that is Obama...

    sorry, not a political forum, but i had, too...the media lovefest of USC is similar to that of Obama!!!

    Last night, they were raving about how awesome USC was while getting beat by 21! granted, they are loaded, and a good team but at least LSU doesn't lose to the really sorry teams. Anyway, USC will drop to #8. meanwhile TOSU drops to #13 when getting beat by a good team.

    You hit the nail on the head. Pete is a good coach and a good recruiter, not great like hes made out to be.
    He seems to have a trouble with motivating all this talent. Has LSU had let downs, yes every team does but they were let downs not BEATDOWNS. This is becoming an enjoyable pattern to watch over the years. Pete and his his staff have no trouble winning by 30 but in 3 years Ive yet to see them win a close one.

    USC does indeed have great players but they have a less than stelar team. :LSU231:
