When you look around at SEC coaches, one of the main items that separates the good from the top tier is the ability to win in Atlanta. Les Miles was given a pass on his first try in 2005 because of the schedule, being a new coach, and because of all of the emotional issues from Katrina. But now, Miles is pretty much in the position to define himself.......... Personally, I hope he steps up to the challenge and puts a beating on the VOLS. :geauxtige
I could not disagree more. A single game will not define any coach. Certainly I hope he wins the SECCG, but if he does not he will not be defined by it. He will be defined by his overall record, as all coaches are.
The funny thing is you have to wonder which teams will show up for both schools?:hihi: Team A or Team B? Both are in Atlanta, however!
Just my opinion, but putting an SEC Championship on your coaching resume' is pretty impressive when you consider the overall caliber of coaches in the league. :geaux:
 Ya wrong yeah. A lot of our fans were hyping the sheer # of "Bowl eligible" teams in our conference. Though I think being "Bowl eligible" doesn't spell crap, either one of those are on the "Upper end" of the bowl spectrum.
