Was 1998 draft. Everyone thought Kevin Faulk was leaving early, but instead Faneca left early. Thank goodness Faulk stayed. Cecil Collins B&E "I was just watching"

I really like listening to Detillier. Most things I've heard from him over the years has been pretty reliable despite any personal agendas.

Not the smartest guy but his info has gotten better over the years. I find he's evolved with the league.

I put more credence in his takes than I do most others.

Would you come out in a Kansas City article on LSU recruits & call Dwayne Bowe an underdeveloped Bust? Mike Detillier did. Bowe had 7,000+ NFL receiving yards & made the Pro Bowl in 2010. Oh and he spelled his name "Dwain"

Nobody's perfect. You frequently misspell words and use incorrect punctuation.

I don't care about his spelling, he took aim for whatever reason, at many of the LSU players drafted from 2007-2009. And most had good to very good careers. Why did he post all sorts of obviously false information & try to purposely hurt LSU?

Yes everyone will still complain about the OC if we continue to be in the bottom 5% in the nation on offensive production.

I am genuinely curious what this KC Papers incident is that you refer to and how it involves Mike D. Can you share some links? Be it to the actual articles or even message board discussion of it? I do know some in KC ripped on LSU as underperforming talent, but I've listened to Mike D for the past 20+ years on NOLA radio and TV and what you're alleging isn't jiving with what I know he's said.

Also, am I the only one having difficulty trying to ascertain what exactly you're conveying? Maybe others can translate you for me better, Tap, but you throw out a ton of things as if they're factual in a cursory sweeping brush of paragraphs supporting whatever your statement is.. which is fine, but I've seen countless errors in your facts enough to not just blindly accept what you are saying.

Do I think Detillier is the prevailing voice of football? Nope.

Is he an expert who is spot on regularly regarding LSU and the Saints as well as the draft for the past couple decades?

Yes, he actually has been incredibly insightful in those areas. Enough that I seek out his thoughts because he's routinely so accurate.
