Tonight I heard Tony Barnhart say the last time LSU had a QB was Matt Flynn. Horrible quote. Abysmally inaccurate.

 

Yeah Mettenberger was solid. He wasn't great, his feet were made of concrete and he had a tendency to only look for OBJ or Landry and force balls to them but I can't say I really blame him for that.

 

He just threw a nice 30+ yard TD (against Jalen Collins).
