Wow. That's 4 starter quality players at the position. Also, I think my view on the 247 page was only showing LSU players when I said we got the top 3 players at the position. It's actually #2, #5, and #9. Not sure how I messed that up. JK Johnson isn't showing up yet.
we weren’t keeping both nuss and Howard once JD announced he was returning… I must say I’m very surprised with Howard being a legacy who red shirted … I read elsewhere that it looks like he’s headed to TCU w bech… Guess the seccg and bowl game made it clear that WH was the 3rd option?
I was worried that one or both him & Nuss might leave when Daniels decided to stay. I would have preferred that Daniels had turned pro. I would have felt comfortable with Nuss & Walker + the incoming recruit.
Disappointing, but with Collins and later Hurley coming in, we're set for at least the next 5 years at QB.
Sucks, but not surprising. Nuss is clearly next in line, so Walker could potentially be waiting until his redshirt senior season to play. Can't blame him.
