Thanks for the added detail. I remembered the score, that is was the Cinderella season, and a few other details but the interceptions had slipped from my memory. The game also marked a turning point in Louisianan football. Over the previous 24 years the teams were essentially tied with LSU holding a slight edge in the series 11 -10 -and 3 ties. Tulane had famously been to the Rose Bowl. After that game in the next 6 decades Tulane would only win 4 games and LSU would win 46 - also there were 2 ties. Kenny Konz's punt return in old Tulane Stadium was a pivotal moment in a pivotal game in LSU Football history. The Next decade, the 50s, would be a decade of futility for Tulane; but for LSU the 50's would be championships and Cannon's run.
Yep. This guy, though a heck of a player, is not the honey badger. The whole point was that TM7 takes what he wants and don't give a shit. Someone needs a youtube honey badger refresher.
Dont know if TM7 has one but there is one for Russell Westbrook the predates the TM7 Era by roughly a year. The nickname just never stuck like it did with Tyrann
