I do believe LSU has a partial head coach right now. Most people seem to think he's going to let Aranda and Canada coach without a ton of input from him. We'll see...that's seems like a weird formula.
I think he sold it that way..I'm a little like that scene in "A Clockwork Orange" where the guys' eyelids are held open with toothpicks and the other guy is putting eye drops in his eyes...
More or less. Yes Helton called the plays as any 1-game interim could do. There was a game plan already in place. The players said they wanted the win for Coach O and they played for Coach O. My comment was specific to his very short time as the interim head coach at USC. After Kiffin left, the team was in total disarray. The motivation was low, we were still under sanctions so we had no depth, and there was an inherent distrust of the coaching staff. What Oeaux did was hardly to be considered a failure and the fact that Haden didn't hire him had nothing to do with him. And? That has nothing to do with the fact that Miles SEC conference record was getting worse year over year. Taking non-conference wins into consideration is funny. This is the SEC. Beat your in-conference rivals (i.e. everyone) or lose your job.
Yes, that was grueling...that...or I was just taking off the summer (and by taking off, I mean, preparing my junior for her driving test...only a little over a week away now.) Football season is near, and hopefully, my teenager will able to drive herself to and from drill team functions. It's all driving and college tours these days. We're touring Oklahoma State on Saturday.
Yes, he is. I am secretly hoping that she doesn't love it because I would prefer her choosing a school in Texas to save a lot of money.
