the PGA Tour has about 10 "majors" in my book. I am not one of those that thinks only 4 tournaments matter. Sawgrass, the World Golf Championships, etc... are all "majors" to me. But yeah, no doubt the 4 big ones count for a little more.
I am not sure if he was ever tied going into one of his majors final rounds. If so, I am sure he won it, cuz his stat is outrageous when tied or ahead going into the final round of any event.
including dubai this year. he has done it a lot. tiger has won 13 majors. 13-0 when leading he did. 13-0, 54 hole lead, ties included.
Sorry for the confusion by not including Majors. When I heard it, they said if he was down going into Sunday, not tied.

TB3, you're spot on. :thumb: Three times. 1999 PGA tied w/Weir, 2002 Masters tied w/Goosen, and 2006 PGA tied w/Donald. There was also a question on how many of his regular PGA Tour victories has he trailed when entering the 4th round. According to his web site looks like 17 times.
