This is an interesting stat - considering the O-lines FL has faced so far this year (aka pretty weak opponents)... 2013 Sacks: FLA 11 LSU 10 If they don't pressure Mett too much on the line this is going to be a blow-out....
He's never played in an atmosphere anywhere near what he is gonna face tomorrow, unless of course it sprinkles outside or as Les would say there is a mist, then Tiger Stadium turns into a high school in the desert.
There are 10th grade QBs that would cause problems for our defense, apparently. Goodness knows...Florida will score on us.
I think this is the game where we either gain hope on a turnaround by the defense or pretty much give up on it getting any better until next season.
This will be a lot like the Miss. State game last week minus the opposing teams turnovers... I think Florida will be in the game up until the fourth quarter. We probably won't put up 59 points but our offense has a pair of receivers that can give any DB in the country fits not to mention our running backs have done fairly well all year long. Mix in a running game with a fierce passing attack and that will give any defensive coordinator fits. LSU 38 Florida 24
went ahead and made this the official thread for the game. That's right. This thread is now officially official which makes it a huge deal now.
Let me just get this off my chest: Halftime: FLA -21 LSU - 17 FINAL: FLA - 24 LSU - 51 I may be smokin too much sunshine but I have under-scored this Offense on every game so far this season. Not this week! Also I know how strong FLA's defense is perceived to be but the record shows that it has been against Offenses that rank in average around 80th or worse in the nation. I'll take the Tigers - at home - in a blowout. And I will LOVE EVERY MINUTE OF IT!
