Firstcoast, you pretty much mimicked the debacle in 2008 in Gainesville. I would love for it to pan out this way.
I remember someone posting on TF recently that our defense lacks "attitude." While I'm not an Xs & Os football expert, I think in any activity, especially a team activity, "attitude" only comes after the players learn their positions so well that they don't have to think about what they are suppose to be doing. Hopefully, all of our experimenting is starting to payoff and we will see this Saturday, a defense where the players not only know what they are suppose to be doing, but can start to trust what the other players are doing. I'm optimistic that this Saturday, we'll see a D that does well in the first half and really shows some attitude in the second half.
It wont be our defense. I think your QB will revert to playing like last season under pressure. Your O-line wont be able to give him enough time to changes clothes in the pocket like your previous opponents have this season. GO GATORS!!!!
Lot of pundits picks LSU to lose on their home turf. LSU will come to play with a chip on their shoulder. Defense started coming together in the second half of the Moo game. Chavis needs to force himself out of his comfort zone and bring some timely blitzes with Robinson in coverage.
