    I agree. In every interview I've heard from him, he sounds like a great guy and owns up to his mistakes. I hope he does find a team to contribute with (most likely a team running Cover 2).

    His time has passed with the Saints, though. He hasn't performed like a $2.4 million a year player, and it's time to find someone else.

    The corner they signed to replace him Greg Fassit, was also announced this morning as a signee of the Florida Tuskers of the UFL.

    +1. Just did not fit in with what we do. But he took the heat and the criticism like a man. I hope he can find a home with another team, preferably in the AFC.

    i hear he's a great guy, but he just wasn't gettting the job done. hope he gets it together elsewhere (hopefully in the AFC).

    of course now that the saints have cut him, he will go to the pro bowl.

    Believe it or not, he had 5 int's last year. That ain't bad. I can't remember them....but according to his stats he had 5.

    That being said, he still sucks.
