Ummm, can you say racist? If that's where I was going I would have said Malt Liquor. Anyway, ACORN has research on that stuff, so they know what to buy.
Ahh no need to worry my man, I'm sure there are tons of Republicans out there working diligently to disenfranchise thousands of african americans and mexican americans as we speak. :thumb:
In WF, I was on the board for Habitat for Humanity for a number of years. The biggest problem we had in getting people into their homes was completing their sweat equity obligation. We made this as easy as we could, we even let family members donate hours. If someone was unable to work on the jobsite, they could hang out at the HfH office and do busy work in the a/c. Many applicants would just walk away when they found out they would have to put in 300 hours of sweat equity. 100 of these hours could be donated by a church group, leaving the client with only 200 to fill. A husband and wife could fulfill this with 10 Saturdays of work. Keep in mind that they are getting a brand new house with brand new appliances. Our sales price on a 1500sf 3br home was around 40K, interest free! We really didn't care what someone's credit score was, our average score was around 500. Our mission was to provide housing to those that needed it. However, they had to work for it. It was such a problem that when we would get an applicant that knocked it out in a hurry, we knew that they would be a good homeowner. There was a direct correlation between the timeliness and enthusiasm with which the sweat equity was completed and their responsibility in paying their payments on time. I am certainly not saying all people on public assistance are lazy. I am saying that it was difficult to find a client that was willing to work for their brand new, interest free home provided to them at Habitat's cost.
You answered one question. Not sure why you are getting your panties in a wad because you didn't answer the rest. If you don't want to that is ok. I'm just trying to figure out your reasoning.
I answered all of your questions in one comment. You can figure it out. If not, then ask again. For a guy that rarely offers any reasoning for his own comments, you are being a bit demanding.
i am still trying to figure out why you thought operation northwoods would make me squirm. presumably it is because you think that because i dont agree with you that 9/11 was an inside job i think it is impossible that the government ever does anything kinda nefarious. but you are so desperately ashamed of your own opinions.
