Dudes just pissed LSU has passed UF with regards to college football relevance...he is trying to get banned and I predict he will be banned by the end of the day. now back to the thread...IF Miles does go, and Pelini sounds like he already has his bags packed just in case. Why?!?! Wouldnt that be a conflict of interest with the Chief??? I just wouldnt understand this hire...dunno
I would hope that Alleva wouldn't be that stupid to want to hire Bo Pelini as a head coach. What exactly has he done at Nebraska? Won the big 12 north twice, over such powerhouses as Kansas and Kansas State, Iowa State, Mizzou, and Colorado? After inheriting the best defensive player college football has seen in the last 10 years? No way in hell I would want Pelini here as our head coach.
You are correct sir, and you obviously know that since you know which one should be in caps, and which one is lower case. the swamp is just an answer to a question that Fishhead could answer if he were in the conversation. Ok Fish here is your test question for extra credit "when you and your Tiger buddies are in the middle of the Atchafalaya Basin and you've finished that case of good Louisiana Abita Turbodog beer and everybody has to "GO" really really bad where do you take a leak" The answer - "in the swamp". It's not smack, it's fact.
I don't know what will go down, but as I posted early last week, Pellini was the guy should the need arise. Though these things are fluid... How about Pellini+Chief= Beast?
see...i think that = conflict! besides, the offense is the problem...why not bring in an offensive minded HC (ie Mullen)??
this is true. hilarious a UF child is discussing the glory years of football. Galen Hall was considered their glory years and Im pretty sure he never won more than 7 games. They had more sanctions than scholarships. He also made Curley Hallman seem cultured by comparison. florida discussing football history. you just cant make this **** up. this is like gonzaga discussing their place in basketball lore. if pelini is the next coach, chief will be the first one out the door. hes too proven to be running someone elses defense at this point. and pelini will run his own. just how it will be if it comes to that. its like being OC for the saints. just take notes and be quiet. you dont pay a top notch DC like the chief to just be a figurehead.
I haven't heard details, just passing on what I know. Like I said these things are fluid anyway. I'd be real ok with Mullen though! ETA: I haven't heard anything regarding assistants one way or the other.
Didnt you hear??? The Saints won the Super Bowl last year!!! They are now considered the greatest franchise in the history of the NFL!!
THIS! we need to let the chief have the reins of the d, and bring in someone who can get the o turned around. i hope we dont have to bring anyone in, but its looking like that may be be the case.
