So much for Cam's Dad not being in attendance at Championship game! According to the article, Cam knew exactly where his dad was sitting in the stadium, yet had been quoted before game saying dad was not in attendance....really?! There was even discussion during game broadcast about some "mutual agreement" that dad would not attend. This is just amazing in your face defiance!

I would have done the same thing and figured it was being done. I would hate having to lie but be dam if I'd miss my kid in the NC game.

Shame on anyone who believes Cam had no knowledge about Slim Cecil N, the Mack of all Macks, Pimpin his son out.

Ask yourself this. If your Dad did that with you, would you have known about it???

Especially with athletes. It's easy to invoke god when you've been so fortunate. But big-time athletes are very frequently first-class jerks and have mistreated people for years because of who they are. Do you think they'd be thanking god if they were just average Joe Shmo's?

The rub is the defiance and deceit.

    YEP !! I totally agree

It is defiant and deceitful...The whole stinking episode smacks of defiance deceit and dishonesty, but like someone above said...

No one would be able to stop me from seeing my son in person play in that game. That's going overboard. I'm glad also that the TV didn't glorify the dad by putting a camera on him.
