Trump may suck but he was the first president we've had in a while that actually governed with the best interest of every citizen in mind. Lowered taxes for every one Made the border more secure Lowered amount of drugs coming into the country via the southern border Made peace and trade agreements in the Middle East Energy independence (O'Biden has us begging OPEC again) Pre-pandemic - Lowest unemployment is 50 years, lowest on record for Hispanic and Blacks, lowest since WW2 for women Middle income wages rising faster than anytime in the last 30 years. Put tariffs on China Blocked a Russian pipeline into Europe Made new and better trade deals with existing partners And for the record - The press touts Pete Buttigieg as the first openly gay cabinet member. More lies and fake News - Richard Grenell who was appointed by Trump was the first ever openly gay cabinet member
Again too many conflate my dislike of Trump with support of Biden and his agenda. Nothing can be further from the truth. Unlike @LSUpride123 i understand that action without a moral basis is dangerous. History is rife with examples of people acting and ignoring morality and principles bring their country, continent and the world into disaster and chaos. Robespierre, Napoleon, Hitler and Lenin and Stalin and Castro were masters of action and left war, plague and famine in their wake. Unfortunately there is no one in leadership of either party worth a shit. We are a paralyzed people right now. Rather than tolerate failure and turpitude just because there’s a R or D behind the name we need to demand better. Frankly if we don’t do so the United States is facing ever tougher times in a condition that isn’t strong enough to survive.
