You lost me here: "The old pre-election truth was that new vaccines take years to develop. The new post election truth is that it's no big deal to bring out new vaccines in nine months."

This is an utter bullshit statement. NO ONE, nowhere has done anything but praise the rapid development of the Covid Vaccine. No one has said vaccine development is "no big deal." The rapid development was not magic, but hard work based on existing science and a buttload of dollars authorized by the Trump administration.

Trump doesn't get credit for much, but he certainly gets credit for Operation Warp Speed.

When one's first example is just plain wrong, it pretty much negates any remaining arguments.

Not true. I can post numerous links stating the exact opposite of what you are saying.

Actually, Trump's prediction of a vaccine by the end of the year was reported by 1000 news sites as a fairy tale. It was just another one of his lies they said. They said he needed a miracle to be right.

    He performed a miracle

Trump does indeed deserve some credit for initiating and funding Operation Warp Speed. However, forgive us if we didn't believe Trump. All of the doctors and labs said it would take longer and given Trump's track record of spreading untruths, particularly to benefit himself, no reasonable person had a good reason to believe him. I do agree with HWR that almost all of the news coverage I've seen on CNN or MSNBC about the vaccine have been very favorable to Trump for his work on the project. It's a perfect example of how government and private companies can partner to do great things when necessary...and to the benefit of us all.

Hypocrisy at its finest, given all the untruths from the left spoken about Trump.

There’s no doubt the media was/is gunning for Trump. I’ve never seen it as partisan as it’s been in the last year....yes they’ve been gunning for him the whole time but it took on a much higher edge this year.

Of course he’s provided so much ammunition by his incessant lying, refusal to acknowledge any responsibility and hackery. Now it seems he’s slipped off the rails completely.

Frankly the media has been as bad as Trump which has completely destroyed what little credibility they have. Had they just been non partisan it’s possible Trump would have been convicted by the Senate or would have lost by an even larger margin......or Joe would have stroked out if he had been actually challenged by the press during the campaign.

Only problem, .... The MEDIA won't pay the price. American citizens, by the loss of Trump most certainly will.
