I think mostly its because the Dline is outmanned by the Olines 6 to 5 and sometimes 5 or 6 to 3 in dime and nickel packages, we are rarely sending more than the O can block and when we do, its either too late or the O has a call that negates the blitz, like the screens that Joe Cox was throwing.

Ohh yeah, we have to do an absolute better job at scoring TDs in the red zone. We should have blown them out in the 1st quarter.

Yeah, I started to refer to the stomach bug, too, but sometimes that can come across as sounding like an excuse. I mean, they could have simply been dehydrated, which will often lead to nausea and vomiting (but it is more likely that if more than one player was vomiting, it was a virus, like you say), and all players have to deal with those sorts of things at some point.

I agree, we just have to sure up the tackling a lil more. I rarely see a LSU player drive someone backwards, they alwasy going forward. They arent running through their tackles.

KHatcher popped the heck out of someone yesterday. Petersen and Coleman drive players back, too, but you are right that the D-linemen aren't doing that consistently.

I find Peterson the best tackler on the team, at least in consistentcy. I give it to Coleman he is really turning into a great LB lately. His tackling is much better. His playing a lot more confidently now and is attacking. After Peterson he is the best on the D IMO.
