Thank you for posting this because I've seen people with redder faces from being outside in the cold air. I do not see a wound of any kind here, nor do I see bruising as you claim. If anything there is a slight scratch on the back of his neck. There is no swelling.
Ok, but either way USC, his story doesn't match the wounds. No one is denying there was a struggle in the car between the two of them but there is a considerable difference between a scuffle and from Darren Wilson testifying that he feared for his life....which you and I both know he was coached to say by his attorney. The Grand Jury doesn't cross examine witnesses. I don't know where you are getting this from but there is no truth or validity to it. Wilson was allowed to sit and give his account of the events without cross-examination. And even if they could, why allow a bunch of private citizens to do such important work....why not an attorney whose job it is to cross examine witnesses? I will never defend what Brown did to the store clerk. It was wrong plain and simple and he most certainly deserved to be punished for robbing the store and for strong-arming the clerk. Whether or not it is a civil rights violation would be extremely hard to prove. Brown should have had to be accountable for his actions that day, I am not denying that....only that he should have lived to tell about it. Attorneys are only as good as they are allowed to be....when it doesn't go to trial they are handcuffed...no pun intended.
But his face is not like that from the cold air. It's from a violent punch to the face. That was a pretty good punch to produce damage like that to a man's jowl. Being very near the jaw, his head was probably snapped around, he very well probably felt close to being knocked out.
Then I would say one of us needs glasses. I see bruising. I never said there was anything more than a mark on the back of his neck. How do you think it got there?
It was a cummulative point of view. According to Wilson....he instructed both Wilson and Johnson to get out of the street and on to the sidewalk. They refused. When Wilson moved his vehicle next to them and attempted to exit the vehicle, Brown twice blocked him by slamming the door shut. Brown initiated contact with the hit to Wilson's face. Wilson chose to use his gun. Brown told Wilson he was too much of a pussy to shoot his gun and they fought over it. Wilson said he felt like a 5-year old child wrestling Hulk Hogan. Is it possible he feared for his life? Yes. .... I certainly don't know that. I watched Wilson's interview with Stephanopolous in it's entirety and I did not see a man who needed coaching. A bunch of private citizens....not attorneys but seated for several months with prior experience and recommendations for charges. Like I said, more like a trial than like a regular grand jury. No more difficult than accusing Wilson of the same.
I think it's funny that police in St. Louis want the Rams players punished for coming out with their hands up, but there will be nothing done to the guy who shoots an unarmed man 6 times.
I've been busted in the face and it can look similar. Deep bone bruises don't show but hurt like hell. A broken cheek or orbital bone may not show but there can be lots of trauma from being punched despite the appearance.
slaps to the face cause more redness than that Frogleg. I am not doubting that it was caused by Michael Brown; I am disputing Wilson's testimony that he feared the punches would be fatal. There is nothing about those pictures that would lead one to believe the punches would be fatal.
I never said he was guilty, I said i didnt believe his story, Im putting the process on trial. Your personal situations still doesnt change the facts of my point.
