I can and I have. I will not repeat it for you just because you think it's cute to ask questions that have already been answered. Now let me ask you again, do you disagree with my assertion?
No you haven't. Here is the full quote. Maybe you can point it out to me how "Christans are trying to weaponize their faith".
Definition of weaponize weaponized; weaponizing transitive verb : to adapt for use as a weapon of war Just admit you are a dumbass and we can move on.
It's the "progressive" version of Reefer Madness. I get it that some peeps don't much care for organized religion but it's not even in the realm of reality that Christians are going to take up arms and start executing muslims, Buddhists, atheists, LGBQT, etc. There is nothing even remotely similar here to the Taliban. The minute we start trying to connect dots between America and any terror group, it's a disservice to any normal discussion. It's not going to happen.
Yes I have. You haven't been paying attention. In post 88 I laid out an outline of exactly how Christians are trying to weaponize their faith. When you say that the rules do not apply to you because of your religion, you are weaponizing your religion. Christians have lost every culture war they have fought over the past 20 years and now they are trying to impose their faith on everyone else by having little imps like Sessions do things like create a task force for religious liberty. Let's be clear, no one's religious liberties are under assault. This is important because there have been no reports of anyone actually trying to stop someone from worshipping as they see fit, thus there have been no assaults on religious liberty. What Christians are calling assaults on their religious liberty is actually them having to live side by side with people who do not agree with them, or worse, who think that they are fucking dumb asses for believing any of that stupid shit. Now, we have little Jeff Sessions come along and create is little Religious Liberty Task Force. For what? Why create something like this unless he believes that Christians are being persecuted because everyone isn't dumb enough to buy into their crap? There have been no reports of actual religious liberty violations so why do they need this task force if it is not meant to weaponize their faith and to punish people who refuse to practice religion as they do?
They do not have to take up arms and start executing people to want the government to assist in forcing others to practice their faith. except that whole intertwining of the government and religion. do you not see how this could infringe on the rights of everyone who is NOT a Christian? You mean like when you and everyone else around here called Obama a muslim sympathizer and terrorist aider?
no, I don't disagree with your stance, belief's, mores, etc. or right to have them, etc. I scratch my head a bit at those who identify as progressive but are pretty intolerant of those they fundamentally disagree with so I guess it's the term and i'm not pointing fingers at you
