rose was great for the game. it gave white people another hero in a sport soon to be dominated by dominicans and black athletes. but the gambling shit threatened the integrity of baseball in many ways. he can only get in if they let everyone in regardless their wrongdoings. which im fine with. its a place to honor past great baseball players. and to remember them and their impact on the game. not great people. many of them just arent. but their legacy remains. address it, good or bad. but let the greatest who played in and recognize them. dont pretend they just didnt exist.

not true just like any club especially the elite, there are rules which you will not like. He knew the rules. He pays the consequences. If its me, I want to recognize the best regardless.
