We will not offer just on the chance that it will mean we get JB. Now, if it's real close on whether he gets an offer or not, that could be enough to tip it in that direction.
I've seen the Bullock kid kick...he is incredible. Scout has him ranked as the #6 kicker in the nation. I'd say that would probably get him an offer in his own right. But if he is best friends with Shugarts...hell, give him an offer ASAP.
Well, when it's your job, and you do it well like Peveto (I think he's one of the best, and most underrated special teams coaches out there), you find those guys. :thumb:
