Wow. Way to mix it up, Crowton! That was a beautifully accurate ball thrown by #5. Does he have any QB experience? I can't get over how well he threw that ball. That was awesome!
Good question. The coach's did a good job of getting him involved in the game. I think he had 2 carries for 8 yards, 2 good kickoff returns, and of course the TD pass. Very nice coaching this game.
I don't know who was responsible for the onside kick call, but even though that went three and out, I thought it was genius. After Lee's wherethe****didthatcomefrom? TD pass, the quick recovery back to offense just perfectly hammered in that LSU is a team that plays to win. That really resonates with the other teams. It certainly does with their fans. The Auburn boards are filled with posts lamenting their conservative play calling in the face of CLM's willingness to trust his players and go for the win.
Yeah, Gary Crowton especially. The halftime adjustments and playcalling in the 2nd half was flawless.
oh yeah! love the coaching staff.:thumb: anyone (who calls themselves an lsu fan) that doesnt right now needs to be hooked up to a kool-aid iv.
Awesome job using our tendencies as deception. When KW gets the ball, everyone in the stadium knows he's going to try to get around the corner.
Loved the call. Miles/Crowton are the real riverboat gamblers in the SEC taking the title from Tubberville and Spurier.
I don't know what y'all are talking about? I preferred the good ole days when we would run it up the gut on third and long for no gain. Not that was coachin'
