There is no denying that Jarrett Lee's got a big arm to throw the ball down field and a quick mind to tear up the defense blitz. That being said, he must work on his footwork to get to the next level. Kid never seemed to get his feet settled on the ground when he threw the ball, which decreased not only the speed, but also the accuracy of the ball. That's the major reason why he's got so many picks. Hopefully Coach K has done his job effectively to help this kid correct his footwork.
