    Just heard on 610 AM in Houston that Eli is out at least a month w/ a separated shoulder. I'm absolutely rooting for this guy. He's 285lbs according to the giants web site, but we all know he's 300+. Should be fun to watch.

    I thought the same thing. It's pretty funny when a qb weighs in at 285 and your initial reaction is "damn he looks thinner"

    i remember he had a son in college so maybe he was the one who gave birth.

    It was surreal seeing Battleship Lorenzen behind center last night. Not under center, since he doesn't have 8 foot arms. No way he can get around that torso AND lean over at the same time.

    Dude must have some talent. Certainly it would be a lot easier for a coach to cut him and keep a prototypical looking QB, but Lorenzen has held on for a while.

    He still is huge, though.
