Cincinnati vs Hawaii tonight. At the beginning of the 4th, Hawaii is up 17-10 (and is in the red zone). Why is it important? Since the Big 12 used the BCS as the tiebreaker, this game could have been the difference. Cincinnati was OU's big boost in the computers. The final margin between Texas and OU was razor thin, as isl will tell anyone. Had this game been played a week ago, and Cinci lost, Texas may have gone in OU's place. Texas not making the BCSNCG could have come down to Cincinnati playing this game a week later than the Longhorns needed it. The BCS formula wasn't complete. Sucks. Doesn't it? Remember us staying up watching the Hawaii game five years ago?
That is rather astute to recognize this. I think I will copy it and post it on a Horn board With credit of course.
