As I know Gary Patterson very well I can tell you now he has no interest in that job............what can Arkansas offer him that he doesn't ALREADY HAVE??? You might find a little resistance from his wife who is from Fort Worth and just moved them into their brand new million dollar house. All TCU has to do is dip into the petty cash fund to come up with money that Arkansas can find.

The SEC has 6 teams in the top-10. Whoever takes on Arkansas is going into the meat grinder. It would take a lot of cash to lure anybody from a winning program in an easier conference. Arkansas has been a coach's graveyard for while now.
Petrino was atop the hog world. His undoing was his only issue there. They had just been to a bcs bowl game and finished in the top 5 I believe. Miss state has been the Graveyard. Not sure how long Mullen will last on his own free will.
