I know who your starter is...Don't worry about that, cause we weren't talking about starters....We were talking about backups and their running styles...I can see that your very first post isn't even a smart one.
That's interesting, because I'd think that most people would agree that the OSU looks much more intimidating in their red jerseys. I hope they wear white in the NC. As for LSU, I love the white-jerseys-in-Tiger-Stadium tradition, but I think the purple jerseys look cool as well.
I take that back. I want the OSU to wear red. I'd get so much more hyped seeing the OSU team come out in their red jerseys. The OSU just looks so glorious in those red jerseys, it gets more exciting for everyone.
We look like the underdog. That's why I like the white-jersey-in-Tiger-Stadium tradition, because the opposing team comes to LSU in all their glory, wearing their home jerseys, and it gets everyone all hyped like we are the underdog. As for what makes LSU look more glorious, I think it is our purple jerseys. If Tressel let me pick whether he would wear white or red, I'm still not sure. I'd love to see the OSU in red, because it makes them look so glorious it would get me hyped that we were in such a big game against such a glorious foe. But then again, if LSU wears purple, I'd get hyped because LSU looks so glorious in our purple home jerseys. Reminds me of the Tommy Hodson days. Look at this video of the final drive of the 1988 Earthquake game vs. Auburn, and you'll remember how badass LSU is in purple jerseys. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q-uR0xiEjxY
I am hoping we get to wear the red jerseys. I am always bummed because it seems like we always get stuck with the away. so much sexier then
I'd expect OSU in red and LSU in white. In 2003 OU wore red and LSU wore white; OU was BCS #1 and LSU was BCS #2.
FtN, OSU always wore white in the desert, including ND. I'd be glad to see them switch that up. TGI is to be taken with a grain of salt. Small is definitely quicker (laterally), but lacks Ginn's top end gear. I just wish OSU still had matching metallic gray pants, and some semblance of gray in the jersey. But I digress.
No intelligent Buckeye fan thinks anyone on the team is faster than Holliday (at least in the 100M dash), but Beanie does have the heart of Hester. Chris Wells ran track, but he wasn't a stud, that was Brandon Saine- who ran a 10.38 in high school. He's bigger now, and probably not running track at tOSU- much like Teddy Ginn didn't when he went to college.
