The Republicans have so many candidates it is impossible to to rate them all. Here is my impression of them. Those not mentioned aren't worth mentioning. BTW they are in no particular order.
    1) Jeb Bush....Hamlet personified. I'm not sure he wants the job but feels it's his duty. Will get the nomination only as an inheritance.
    2) Rand Paul another Hamlet like or maybe light candidate. Not his father's son, even kookier than Ron.
    3) Trump he should be fired. He would carry on the trend established by the last two to hold the office of being the worst in history. I doubt he hold any core beliefs except self aggrandizement. He is a bully with too little self control. His four major bankruptcies shown him to be a poor businessman. His cavalire dismissal of them and the consequences to his creditors show he learned nothing from them.
    4) Cruz, Huckabee and the other know nothings have no chance other than to stoke the anger of the extreme right and fear of moderates to insure a Republican loss.
    5) Jindal only worth mentioning because he's from La. I'm so ashamed. Maybe angling for a cabinet spot but I see him as a Himmler very scary.
    6) Christie lack of self control has doomed his potential.
    7) Kasich appears to be the type of Republican worth supporting. Budget hawk who deserves full credit for the budget compromise of 1994. Shows he is a pragmatist who can make a deal while holding to his principles. Apparently has been an effective governor in a swing state. His comment on gay marriage during the debate gives hope that he can navigate social issues positively. I need to learn more about him.
    8) Carly Fiorina's star has risen. She apparently won the early debate and has handled subsequent interviews well. Her attacks on HRC have been well received as effective and ruthless (something that will be needed). Lack of money and exposure has hindered her. Her rise from secratary to head of HP is potentially a great story as is her husband's beginning as a tow truck driver. Certainly more contact and understanding of everyday needs than HRC. Potential Achilles heal having been fired from HP though she handled it well on Morning Joe. Again I need to learn more about her but very good potential.
    9) Ben Carson. Not ready. Speaks very well and has amazing presence but his past has been too focused and limited to be considered seriously.
    10) Marco Rubio (I'd forgotten him) He is one of the more interesting candidates in the field. He is attractive in so many ways, ethnic, youth, many policy positions yet seems out of his depth. He doesn't seem to have the gravitas required. He may need to better establish his position and wait for another election.

I didn't mention the guy. You just make shit up and attribute it to me. It's stupid and I'm tired of it.

And this tripe is what passes for political discussion. Sad.

You defended him like he was your damn uncle, of course this was a while back and maybe your memory fails you.

Typical for you to take all these unpopular stances then throw a tantrum when you are called out for it.

Oh what is really sad is your girl trying to pawn herself off as ever being broke and yes it is very relevant. It adds to the growing level of distrust that already exists with her.

That's the horse you chose, well saddle up big boy cause now it's time to ride. This shit has only just begun.

Your memory sucks bad. On that thread, you brought up Soros and claimed that his support of liberal candidates was un-American. All I did was point out that he does the same thing as the Koch brothers and other right-wing billionaires and that all of it was bullshit.

I don't care about Soros. I'm against all superPACS billionaires buying elections for any party and I am on record many times saying that. Stop making shit up.
