Not even talking about her politics. Talking about her natural unlikability as a human being. Both she and Trump have that quality. Nobody elected had that since Nixon. Gerald Ford was sort of likable but had a reputation as a bumbler and Republican could have survived the fiasco that Nixon created so he lost to the smiling peanut farmer Jimmy Carter. Carter lost to the even more likable Ronald Reagan. Bush 41 didn't really project likability nor unlikability but he ran against unlikable Michael Dukakis. Bush was beaten by the personable Bill Clinton. Bush 43 was an affable straight shooting Texan. Al Gore had all the charm and charisma of a block of wood. Then Bush was challenged by the very unlikable John Kerry. McCain is a war hero and probably a decent guy but Obama does have a better personality. McCain still probably would have won if he had just picked another rich white man as his running mate. Sarah Palin was quickly exposed as not very bright and the media attacked her like sharks at a feeding frenzy. McCain might still have won if he had used Obama's full name every time he mentioned him in a speech or ad. Barack Hussein Obama. Mitt Romney was another basically wooden personality and when his wife started talking about her polo ponies it was the kiss of death. Who can identify with anybody who has polo ponies? She should have learned to bowl.

Hillary's strongest support is among women because she has convinced a lot of them the she is their spokesperson but I wonder how many of them really like her. Trump is not going to become better liked but a lot of people will say "I still don't like that rich arrogant bastard but dammit, he tells it like it is."

You should consider something besides FOXnews. Hillary has a lot of support from people who don't share your opinion.

I didn't say she didn't have a lot of political support. I said she is an unlikable person. I think that perception is shared by a lot of people who will still vote for her. After all, Richard Nixon got elected. That ain't got nuthin' to do with Fox News Kemosabe

The point is that her likability is merely your opinion, not a fact. When I called Trump a clown, I was not referring to his likability, but to his antics. Whether you are with him or not, his style is undiplomatic, rude, self-righteous, uncooperative, and counterproductive in an elected official. Trump has never served in such a capacity in his life and it shows.

I don't believe that Hillary is well liked as a person even by many who will vote for her. If you weren't so in love with her you would see it. I didn't vote for Bill Clinton but he would be a fun guy to hang out with. Play golf, go to a strip club, or just listen to the amazing stories I'm sure he could tell. I don't think most of the women who support Hillary would enjoy a girls night out with her. Of course all politicians try to say what they think people want to hear but with Hillary it's just too obvious that she has calculated her words as to the effect she thinks they will have.

I don't like Donald Trump but if it comes down to him and Hillary I'll hold my nose and vote for him. His undiplomatic, rude style is somehow refreshing to see in a world of mealy mouthed politicians.

I'm one of those people, I can't stand Trump, but I admire the fact that he tells it like he sees it. He doesn't tell it like it is, that would suggest he is right. I'm not a Clinton fan, I like Rand Paul and Bernie Sanders. How is that for all over the place?

No, I see pretty well. Far better than you. If I am in love with Hillary then you are in bed with a bunch of men.

This tell me all I need to know about your judgement.

people who are voting for her rationalize shes likable or simply more likable than the opposition. this is like having to decide between the absolute biggest cunt and biggest douche in the world. oh wait, thats exactly what we have to do. yea america!

unfortunately, trump wont make it far enough to get my vote. im looking for a complete outlier idiot and he fits the bill. nothing hillary says resonates with anything in my brain. at least trump can appeal to some common sense points which comes across like aristotle because every other politician talks constantly without saying anything. its like deciphering a les miles presser. nothing is actually ever being said. been that way forever.

give me someone not already bought and sold. anyone. trumps an idiot. but hes sorta an original idiot. ill take that. but i liked ross perot.
