If it hits you in stride, for sure. But Jeffersons passes were high, low, wide, and consistently behind players. Even if they catch them they go down and they risk injury even trying to catch some of them. Top receivers cannot make up for poor passing.

Pretty good stuff here. The first half may have been some of the worst I have seen in my 41 years. I was glad to see that they were able to step it up. Would like to at least see JL get a few meaningful series if for nothing else but comparison. There was actually some intensity on 3rd down:D now more of it, this D can be a monster if they take the cuffs off and let them pin their ears back and charge. It was vandy however, very cautious optimism.

if they are going to kick short to avoid PP and give us the ball at the 35 everytime....that's a win!

I think lesser teams in the SEC will do this, not the big dogs. They will not only kick it to him, they will attack him.

    Gonna be fun to watch.

I agree. I only brought it up because special teams shouldn't be THE strength of the team. I think other teams will have fast enough players and good enough punters that a "short" kick will still be forty yards and the defenders will be looking him in the eye when he waves for a fair catch. Kick returns on the other hand....
