The fumbles I can excuse because of how stupidly wet everything was.

The only ugly thing to me was not pulling Burrows at the end of the game. Dude could have been lit up on that TD run.

    THE GOOD
The offensive coaching. O and E appear to be methodical brining along Jeaux and our entire offense as they gain confidence in what they can do. OM was kept off balance all night long. I as a fan I had no idea what we were going to do each play. Time to give O and especially E the credit they have earned. WR are getting better and position getting deeper. Running game getting better position getting deeper. CEH is looking like Emmett Smith I love that little guy. Other than the fumbles Jeaux. He is getting better with each game. We got us a QB folks! DBU was visible last night. Kicking game in all phases. Fans the stadium looked full and fans were loud.

    THE BAD
Fumbles and penalties at key times. We should have had 10 to 14 more points. Pass rush could be improved.

    THE UGLY
I am convinced the OM players were trying to hurt our players and that pudgy cornbread eating stump jumper of a coach as far as I could see did nothing to stop it. In fact I think he encourage it. I want payback next year.

One more really good thing was Jeaux showing his team he is tough doesnt slide. I think he also wanted to jam it in OM face when he decided to take off and run for a 30 yard TD late in the game. It was like take that mfers for trying to take me out.

Agree with all except the last paragraph, the ugly. No way that was the case. That’s just your cynicism coming out.

Agreed. I’ve watching interviews with Matt Luke and he doesn’t strike me as a guy that would do that. I actually like the guy after listening to him.

Well I saw what I saw. Calling me cynical is your opinion. I respect your opinion but it's not mine. The sack on Jeaux. I saw the tackle purposely make sure all of his 300 lbs was let loose on Jeaux's chest. It was a clean tackle but very malicious and dirty. The hit on Jefferson out of bounds was meant to hurt not just tackle. Their WR tried to hurt Fulton not just block him. I did not see the OM coach get in anyones face for any of that. I do think their coach was OK with the dirtiness.

You didn’t watch close enough. That fat fuck was pissed. I agree some of the their players were being dirty, but their coach wasn’t happy about it, and it was visible

They were mostly all legal hits... it looked like our guys got off their game a bit but didn’t retaliate with personal fouls. Nice restraint.

It was undisciplined. I’ll take back the “dirty” of it. But very undisciplined

I agree they were clean hits but they were a bit malicious in my mind. Yes Luke was pissed by the penalties on 2 if those malicious hits but from what I saw did not one time grab one player and get in his face.

2 things to keep in mind regarding last night:
    1. OM's receivers couldn't catch a cab in the first half; they moved the ball well when they got over the dropsies.
    2. OM's penalty yardage was a Tiger Stadium record. That certainly helped us.

It was a very good win, but we still have lots to clean up.
