I just don't think Jennings can pull the trigger. He is way too indecisive which is probably due to his lack of accuracy. Thus the receivers need to get nearly wide open for him to attempt a pass. That's not good.
I can accept that. Driskel did indeed lose the game for them, although that last was perfectly thrown, just a great play by Jefferson.
That's just one of the reasons I like the LSU/Gator rivalry. For the most part the Gator fans I have met and know in person are classy and respectful people. Several SEC fan bases could take a page from the Gators fan base.
I'm not seeing how Driskell lost the game for them. On two crucial plays that helped decide the game in the last 2:00, Driskell threw two very good passes. One was dropped in the end zone and the other, as you say, was a turnover created by a good defensive play, not a bad pass. I'd say both offensive game plans were predicated by both QBs' problems in previous weeks. I'd also say Driskell outplayed Jennings Saturday, but in crunch time, where two plays heavily involving Driskell went LSU's way, Jennings delivered two big plays for the Tigers, both with outstanding help from the players around him (which is the way it should be).
thats because les has the gods on his side. how long will it take shane to accept this. if we had lost, we may have seen les look to the skies and say, ARE YOU NOT ENTERTAINED?"
